In consideration of SELECT TRAINING SOLUTIONS allowing the User to use the above noted Facility, the User agrees as follows: 

1. Indemnity

The User will indemnify and save harmless STS from and against all losses, claims, actions, damages, liability and expenses (including any legal expenses incurred by STS) arising from or in connection with the use of, or presence in, the Facility by the User, any person invited or allowed into the facility by the User, or any person for whom the User is responsible. 

1. Waiver

The user waives any and all claims against, releases from liability and agrees not to sue STS, its governors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, for any personal injury, death, property damage or any other loss sustained by the User or for which the User may be responsible arising out of, or in connection with the User’s use of, or presence in, the above noted Facility. 

1. Insurance

At all times while the User is using the Facility, it will maintain appropriate comprehensive general liability insurance in accordance with UAE Federal and Local regulations. Our organization has said Insurance. 

The User, shall issue a copy of the ‘Terms and Conditions to Students’ to ensure indemnity to STS specific to their end user agreements. (Included at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions)

No Warranty.  STS makes no warranty expressed or implied with regard to the safety of the Facility or its fitness for the Users’ purpose; the User accepts the Facility as is at its own risk. 

1. Compliance with Terms and Conditions

The User will comply with the attached Terms and Conditions and ensure that all persons whom the User allows in the Facility will also comply with the Terms and Conditions. 

The User will:   

1. assume full responsibility for adequate supervision of all activities at the Facility throughout the period of booking.   
2. ensure that participants remain within the confines of the area assigned to the group, remain within the schedule allocated, and vacate the premises promptly.   
3. be responsible for any theft, breakage, damage whatsoever whether to persons or to property facility including the equipment provided within also the exterior of all educative buildings, commercial buildings, grounds, and fences.
4. note the inventory of said furniture and equipment will be inspected after checkout. 
5. be responsible for any illegal activity within the Facility and premises. 
6. during attendance control the behavior of persons the User allows to be in the Facility.
7. ensure the Students behave in compliance to the regulators of The Dubai Knowledge Park campus.
8. allow STS at all times to enter the Facility and inspect it and the User’s activities at the Facility.
9. be responsible for all personal effects and belongings left in the Facility overnight at all times.
10. note that they or Students shall not be allowed to stay or sleep in, or on, the premises.
11. ensure that alcoholic drinks and smoking any products injurious to health shall not be consumed in the Facility or premises.
12. ensure no photographs of the Facility be used for any marketing or websites or any other reason.
13. ensure that the User shall not bring disrepute to The Dubai Knowledge Park or STS, and/or if it is deemed that educational standards/course decorum are to be maintained by the User.
14. vacate the Facility as found.
15. be responsible for daily waste disposal pertaining to the course. Waste disposal is not permitted on the premises. 
16. not cause any noise/nuisance to the other offices in the building.  
17. maintain the premises including equipment, fixtures, fittings etc provided by STS or otherwise in good working condition. Any damage other than the due course of wear and tear, to the premises/items therein, caused by the User or Students shall be borne and reimbursed by the User to STS or the Institute.
18. not commit a breach of any of the terms of the Agreement or any rule framed subsequent to the Terms, and has failed to rectify such a breach despite STS, or the Institute calling upon the User to so do.
19. accept that STS reserve the right to alter/modify/ and/or include any other Terms and Conditions that may be deemed necessary in the interest of STS and the Institution. 
20. comply with all directions of STS authorized staff with regard to the use of the Facility.

PAYMENT TERMS

A minimum of 3 weeks’ notice is required from receiving your confirmation and payment until the training can start.

Full advance payment required to reserve booking (guarantees still apply). 

Alternative dates will be provided if: 

• there is availability for emergency bookings
• the start date is reserved by another client prior to STS receiving your confirmation and payment 
• confirmation and payment is received less than 3 weeks prior to the start date mentioned below. Price is valid for 15 days from the date of the proposal 
• cancellation of signed quotation prior to payment must be received 3 weeks in advance of course start date in writing
• cancellation of signed quotation prior to payment notification received within less than 3 weeks ahead of the start date will have 10% cancellation fees 
• cancellation of signed quotation prior to payment notification received within less than 10 days ahead of the start date will have 25% cancellation fees 
• cancellation of signed quotation prior to payment notification received within less than 3 days ahead of the start date will have 50% cancelation fees 
• no shows will incur 100% cancelation fees
• Full course fees are not refundable for any reason
